I have lost my registration information / I have reinstalled Windows on my computer and can't find my registration information. Please could you send it again ?

If you purchased through RegSoft, have them resend your activation material by clicking here.
If you have purchased the product by check, money order or via PayPal, please contact us directly.
What happens after my free trial period ends ?

After the 20 day free trial period, the software will disable itself unless you have bought and entered a license key. You can buy the license key at any time during your trial, even after the software has expired.
How do I uninstall the Guru News Ticker ?

Similarly to most Windows applications you can uninstall the Guru News Ticker by clicking on
START -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Software.
What are your future plans with the News Ticker ? When is the next version coming out ?

We are actively developing the Guru News Ticker and are already working on the next release. We are always interested in your feedback and eager to listen to your input. Tell us what you think and we may surprise you by adding your feature in a future version of Photo Guru. When is the release date ? No comment !

Please do not forget to tell us which Windows version you are using (e.g. Windows 98 or Windows XP) and which news ticker version you have installed (e.g. Build 123). In order to determine the build number of the News Ticker, open the About window. Please remember: we are getting a lot of emails and we will try to answer them in a reasonable timeframe.
